National Certification: CCMA

CCMAs are trained to perform many different tasks and are in great demand in the workforce. Per the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), having a nationally accredited certification, like the CCMA, can help you stand out!

This certification may also be required or preferred for certain roles within the medical field.

Valuable and Versatile

Whether you want to work in a doctor’s office or a large medical facility, becoming a CCMA shows you are knowledgeable and ready to be a valued member of a healthcare team.

Growth Opportunities

You may also choose to “stack credentials” with multiple certifications in areas such as phlebotomy and EKG administration, adding even more value as a member of a healthcare team.

Professionals who earn credentials in multiple areas of expertise can achieve higher levels of accountability and proficiency and are in high demand among employers.

What Our Grads Say

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept financial aid?

We don’t accept financial aid, but we have some pretty great reasons why! The founder of our school, Dr. Ince, decided that he wanted to create an amazing opportunity for those who desire to enter the field. He believed that students not only deserve a great education, but also an affordable and convenient option. Rather than opting to make our school more expensive in order to allow for financial assistance, Dr. Ince chose to implement affordable tuition prices; providing our students with the opportunity to graduate with little to no student loan debt. If none of our payment plan options work for you, please give us a call. We are more than happy to customize a plan!

Can I pay by check?

Yes, you can pay by check. Checks need to be sent 2 weeks prior to your start date an you must call our Admissions team to provide a tracking number. Checks will need to be addressed to our accounting department 715 Discovery Blvd. Suite 412, Cedar Park, TX, 78613.

How long does it take to become a medical assistant?

The time it takes to become a Medical Assistant varies between schools and certification programs. Our curriculum is 24-weeks long and fully prepares students to start working as a medical assistant.

How can your program be so fast?

The Zollege Medical Assistant Program is a 'hands-on learning program.' We take a different approach from traditional education. Our classes take place in a medical office rather than a classroom. There is a hands-on component to every part of our course. Our classes begin with a lecture/class discussion, but the majority of the class time is spent in labs learning the essential techniques of Medical Assisting. When our students graduate and begin their career, they are at home in a medical office.

How can a short course be as effective as a longer program?

As a newly hired Medical Assistant, your employer will have an expectation that you will know the basic skills of Medical Assisting. It’s those fundamental skills that we focus on teaching our students. Our custom designed curriculum sets students up for success in knowing exactly what doctors will expect them to know.

Will I be more qualified if I attend a longer program?

When you graduate from any medical assisting school you receive a certificate of completion. Many students ask if they can expect to make a higher starting salary if they attend a longer program. The starting salary for a Medical Assistant does not have anything to do with how long you spent in school or how much you paid for your schooling.
